Directions: Using a large basin, fill 3/4 of the way with the warmest water your feet can tolerate. Add 2 to 3 Tbs of each ingredient per gallon of water and mix well. Soak up to a half hour.
Rose Petal Foot Bath
● 1 Tbs Pearl Powder
● 12 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
● 1 to 2 Cups Fresh or Dried Rose Petals
Fill a large basin with hot water. First, mix the Pearl Powder into the bowl. Then add the oils, and stir. Put the rose petals into the foot bath. Now sit back and relax and soak your feer for 20 to 30 minuets. Put on some relaxing music, close your eyes and think about something soothing.
Detoxing Foot Bath
● 1 cup sea salt
● 1/2 cup Pearl Powder
● 2 Cups Baking Soda
Fill a large basin with hot of water, as hot as you are comfortable with. Add salt, Pearl Powder and baking soda and mix well. Sit down in your most comfortable chair and relax while soaking those tootsies. The salt and Pearl Powder pull toxins from your body, so detox your feet every night for one week, then twice a week for one month. After that you will only need to detox once a week.
Foot Bath to Remove Dead Skin
● Wash your feet with soap and water.
● Add 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tbsp Pearl Powder to 7.57 gallons of water.
● Stir well and soak your foot in the mixture for 30 minutes.
● Remove the feet and pat the skin dry.
● Using a foot scrubber or pumice stone, scrub for few minutes.
● Rinse off your feet with water and pat dry.
